this game has so much potential but it is far too hard to advance in the game. in order to build new areas you have to collect papers which is ridiculously time consuming and tedious. You can buy the papers for gems but the amount of gems is going to cost you money unless you want to watch a few hundred ads. I'm stuck on a quest with absolutely no way to advance without paying money. It's really too bad as this game should be fun to play.

The graphics are really cute and you can spend hours playing the game (I know I do!) without spending money. It's a lot of fun to unlock new buildings and diseases and watch the patients and staff do their things! I reccomend this to anyone who likes games like c as fe building games or managing business games. It's also multiplayer which means you can form groups with friends to compete with other groups.

I do adore this game, however there are glitches that make me crazy. Sometimes I'll lose staff, sometimes the cash or patient count isn't accurate, or other times it'll have to restart. The latter is very frustrating. All that being said it's a very fun well thought-out SIM game. The patients are great. The room and staff leveling up is also enjoyable. Please try to get it glitch free, appreciate it.
